H.C. Oswald Supply is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day window for returning unused and unopened industrial supplies. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all documentation to be eligible for a refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping container.
Ship the Item
Send the package via a trackable shipping method to our returns department; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
